modern, clean, excellent breakfast, fabulous staff. English speaking available for us, DAVID-hotel lobby staff very helpful with Uber taxi booking and luggage storage. Also extremely friendly. Our room was super clean by friendly Emanuel. Shower was hot and comfortable. (note: no courtesy shampoo etc.) Hand towels not provided.

The staff at the desk were helpful and friendly. House keeping staff does a good job, our room was clean and comfortable! We had a nice view of the very busy traffic below the hotel and it was great having the sound proof window. The location is convenient and we generally manage to find what we need on the south side.

Get better bed quality (matterss), breakfast buffet should be more options of meals per day. Please give a recognition to the alone guy of the break fast buffet, he cook, clean, service the plates. Management please give more staff for the buffet. Is no correct the same guy manipulate the food, clean.

It's an excellent location right in front of the bus station, near the stadium. It's safe, since you need your key in order to go to your room floor. I'm very happy and I'd stay again at this facility.

Staff were all lovely. We had a lost baggage situation at the bus station, so had an unexpected overnight. Ibis is 5 minutes from the bus station. The buffet breakfast was also excellent.
